Currently based in Los Angeles, C.A., Kelsey Rice is currently pursuing an MFA in Interactive Media and Games at University of Southern California.  She graduated magna cum laude from Kenyon College in 2014, double majoring in studio art and English. She works primarily in digital photography and post-production, but has a background in painting. Her background in English also informs her work, for she frequently thinks in terms of narrative. Her work often moves into the realm of the surreal, for she is fascinated with boundaries between fantasy and reality.  She also explores themes of escapism, decay, gender, and identity.

Her artist spotlight for the Graham Gund Gallery at Kenyon College can be found here.
